Octo 19th...Ok, so I'm behind a little!

I wanted to do the blog challenge the other day, but I'm just getting around to it now. We were asked on 2SC what 5 things we want to accomplish yet in 2006.

It is very hard for me to believe that 2006 is almost over, it feels like it just started yesterday. I guess I can be optimistic or realistic about this list...not sure how many of these things will happen still, but one can dream right!

1. Get another tattoo - teal cancer ribbon (ovarian cancer, b/c my step mom was diagnosed with it earlier this year), that one is definitely on the list for 2007 if it doesn't get done yet this year.

2. Get all of my xmas gift ideas done...it's a big list, and last night I was given the opportunity to do another one, and of course I said yes, this one will take priority though as it's for a retirement gift. I will hopefully post pictures here of it.

3. Go to Thunder Bay to see my brother and his fiancee.

4. Finish unpacking in my new house, and declutter as I unpack.

5. Continue to be a happy, strong person...keep a positive attitude!

Kelly's Scrappin Blog

Well here we are October 16th...what a absolutely crazy mess my life has been since March 28th (the last time I wrote in this blog)...there has been many changes, including my step mom being diagnosed with cancer on March 30th/06. I am also living on my own now...was married for almost 5 years. It's definitely been a struggle this year...but things are looking up, and I'm very excited about the life ahead of me. With the right attitude I know good things will happen. I spent alot of time away from home this summer...pretty much all of July, August and part of September was spent working away from home. I enjoyed every minute of it, and it was exactly what I needed for a bit of me time!!

I've gotten back into my scrapping the last few weeks, as I didn't touch a thing since May...way too long. I barely even shopped all summer too...so I found myself with abit of extra cash and I was shocked until I remembered why I had it. It's all gone now though!!

I'm hoping to put some layouts and stuff I make in my blog so my friends and family can see what I've been up to.

I'm also gonna try to do the 2SC daily blog challenge....we'll see how good I am at keeping that going!!

Good morning all...I'm trying hard here to keep my eyes open, I had to take my step mom to the hospital last night around 915 pm, and we didn't get back until 1245 am, so I am pooped. When we got there they said a 5 hour wait, I'm soooo glad it didn't turn out to be that or else I would have been sleeping in the car waiting for her, LOL!!

I've decided to start a gift album for my cousin, their wedding is on May 6th. With the help of some friends at 2SC, I've decided to use the Junkitz Love Line papers. I'm not much for red, but it is cute paper, well it must be I ordered a whole kit of it!! I will post some pictures as it gets made, I don't have much time so gotta work hard on this!!

Just started this blog today...cause I was looking at Share's and wanted to leave a comment and next thing I knew I had a blog....LOL!! Not sure how much interesting stuff I will have to put here but we'll see how it goes!!
